SAMS 11th National Conference: Promoting Healthy Communities Through Medical Science, Policy And Interventions

SAMS is hosting its 11th Annual National Conference in Chicago, Illinois, on September 3-5, 2022. The conference will bring together physicians, allied health professionals, students, and humanitarians. The conference will be hosted at Hilton Chicago, in front of the iconic Grant Park. You must reserve your hotel room by Friday, August 05, to receive the SAMS discounted rate.

The early bird rate for the conference is back and will stay till the end of July. COVID-19 Safety Measures: *All CDC-recommended COVID-19 prevention measures will be implemented in addition to all local and venue regulations **Conference is open to all adults fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Cancellation Policy

Reservation is guaranteed with 1 night room and tax deposit, refundable up to 72 hours of arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

Child Policy

Children 18 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.
